This FCCA grille badge was donated to the FCCA historic archive by Carl Jones. Carl came across this badge at a garage sale! What makes this badge particularly interesting is the custom-made bracket that once allowed the badge to be affixed to an FCCA member’s car. I don’t know of any other car club badge that does a better job of communicating the essence of the club with a minimum of text and graphics. It’s a brilliant design!
Below is a gallery of cars with badges affixed. If you have a photo of a car with an FCCA badge, please contact us so I can add it to the gallery.

The FCCA hit the big time, first on the cover of ROAD and TRACK magazine with the club’s badge on Curt & Marg Parker’s new Jupiter. This issue also included an artical on the Burkhard’s 1936 Singer.
All of the badges shown in this section are of the three inch size and had a mounting stud mounted to the back. The first badge is smaller, 1 3/4 inch and had no mounting stud. Also there is a lapel pin.
The badge on Kurt Parker’s stunning Road and Track cover shot Jowett Jupiter photograghed by I believe Jerry Chesebrough is now mounted on my long neglected Jupiter vintage racer and has been since 1989 when Kurt gave it to me along with other slides taken of his beautiful car. I will try to submit some photos.
I would also like to note that I did once see an FCCA Arizona chapter grille badge with a saguaro catus on it.
One of the folks who has contributed to this web site is Glenn Davis, son of Ralph Davis. Ralph was a very early member of the club and knew the Parkers. If you go to the history section of this site, you’ll see a photograph with all these folks identified in front of Foster & Fancher in Glendale. I’d love to see the photos you mentioned. If it’s okay, I’ll post them to the web site after they arrive.

I knew there was an Arizona Chapter jacket patch, but I’ve never seen a grille badge. If anyone out there would like to donate one to the archive or send a photo of one, I’d love to add it to the web site.

Regarding the AZ badge. I saw it in the late eighties on a Jowett Jupiter that belonged to a man living in Phoenix. I don’t know how he got it but the car went to New Zealand a few years later. I will make some inquiries. James Miller
I have an FCCA grill badge. Still keeping it awhile.
