      Hi Ron

How many of the dash plaques and rally programs are FCCA related? I would be interested in any of these. Also, if you could email a photo or two of the collection, that would be helpful. My email is wilkmanracing@aol.com

    Hello,

I recently acquired a Swallow Doretti that has a Four Cylinder Car Club of America sticker on the windshield. The car was owned by Earl Velander from 1955 until 2014 when he passed away. His daughter became the owner of the car but had no interest in keeping the car. It was disassembled in 1960 and is still in pieces, which is the way I got the car. Do you have any records of this car and/or its previous owner? Also, how does one become a member of your club?

    Kind Regards,

    Ted Watson

      Hi Ted

The Four Cylinder Club went out of existence in the 1990s. Unfortunately, the club did not keep records on cars owned by members. The only readily accessible information on club members is the chapter to which they belonged. I could look into this if you know where Mr. Velander lived.

I was a member in the early 50’s. My Father and I participated in rallies in my 1952 MG-TD.
I have a TCNE brass plaque marked “Third Annual Grand Rally – August 25-26 1956.

Thanks for your comment, John. To what chapter did you and your father belong?

    Hi
I have a 1963 MGB that I brought back to the UK , It is still in it’s original paint and I want to keep it so it has a 4cca sticker on the windshield , but the screen is cracked and I have to replace it , Is there any chance of obtaining a replacment sticker as it is a lovely bit of the cars history.
    Many Thanks
    Andy

Hi Andy. I’m afraid there are no stickers available at this time.

    Dear Mr Wilkman
I am doing some research on the Austin A40 Devon for a story that I hope to write.
I understand that some 344 ooo were made. 77% exported worldwide.
Do you perhaps know how many came to America?
Also do you have a photo of any in America.
    I live in South Africa.
    Kind regards and keep safe

Hello, I would like to carry the tradition on by having a badge for my grill. Is this still possible? And how would I acquire one. Thank you

The FCCA badges are no longer made. Badges show up on eBay from time to time. I’d suggest creating a saved search. There Isa demand for them and are often bid to $200 or more.

I have someone who can make stickers if the club is interested. I want one for my car but I don’t want to cross any lines or Club rules.

As the FCCA is no longer an active club, I’m not sure there would be a demand for stickers. I created some water slide decals, but have only had a couple of requests for them.
